We're here to help

For any question, problem, or feedback about Hope, email us at support@hoperecovery.app. We read every message and reply as soon as we can.

In crisis right now? Please reach a real person — a sponsor, a friend, or a helpline. You don't have to wait for us.

United States: call or text 988 · United Kingdom & Ireland: Samaritans 116 123 · Emergency: 999 / 112 / 911. These lines are free, and they are also one tap away inside Hope's Lifeline — never behind a paywall.

Common questions

Is my information private?

Yes. Everything you enter stays on your phone. Hope has no accounts and no servers, and we never see or collect your data. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I lock the app?

During setup, or later in the app, you can set a 4-digit passcode or use your phone's Face ID / fingerprint so only you can open Hope.

How do I add the people I can call?

Add them during setup or from “People & meetings.” If you save a phone number, they become one tap away on the Lifeline for a hard day.

Does Hope give medical advice?

No. Hope is a wellness companion, not a medical service. It walks beside your treatment and recovery — never instead of them. Always follow the guidance of your doctor and your treatment team.

How do I remove my information?

Because your data is only on your device, deleting your entries in the app — or deleting the app itself — removes everything.
